Additional Funding Requests
When teachers need additional resources beyond that covered by the school budget, we can step in. Our fundraising covers supplies and events that directly benefit our classrooms and students.
Popcorn Days
Children need a little pick me up some days and we're here to help. We supply popcorn once a month to the students of the middle school to give them and little cheer and caloric pick-me-up.
Yearbook
The yearbook is always treasure our friends and memories from school. The PTA facilitates picture day and the organization, productions and distribution of the actual yearbooks as well.
Teacher & Staff Appreciation Events
We know we are lucky to have the wonderful teachers and staff that make up our middle school. It's not nearly enough to show our gratitude for their dedication, but we host a luncheon annually to say thank you.
Student Events
Whether is be dances, festivals, parties or banquets, the PTA looks for opportunities to assist in social events for the students. Organization and funding of these events is a role of the PTA.
Fundraisers
While fundraisers aren't the focus of the PTA, they are necessary to fund the projects that we do prioritize. Our largest fundraiser of the year is Charleston Wrap, which is a variety of giftwrap and homegoods. We also fundraise with our spirit-wear sales. Purchasing spirit-wear through the PTA not only supports the school by showing school-pride, but helps fund valuable PTA projects as well.
